The proposal for the concept design aims to review the current detailed plan in order to better meet the expectation of the Municipality of Rimini. The concept design foresees the rehabilitation of the existing buildings in terms of symbolical and architectural value and the enhancement of the green area to foster a better integration between the urban area and the ecological systems. Functions are verified and, in some cases, modified, building quantities are reduced and aligned with the current demand.
