OIKONet is a project co-funded by the Erasmus Multilateral Networks program of the European Union. Heriscape Partner.

As project partner, Heriscape with the Ordine degli Architetti of Rimini has developed a participatory action to foster and define possible strategies to facilitate the realization of a social housing program in a medium-sized city through an integrated approach that involved actors from the public and private sectors.

The researchers conducted a preliminary study about social housing in Rimini by analyzing different information sources. This first “picture” showed opportunities and synergies that in the second phase of the process were shared with the stakeholders involved in the participatory process, with the objective of verifying and activating shared strategic actions.
